import/put/edit Kodak video to Final Cut Pro on mac
Captured some favorite video clips by Kodak cameras and want to give professional edition to your Kodak videos, Final Cut Pro is the best choice for you. However, Final Cut Pro can edit any QuickTime compatible file format including dv, hdv, mpeg-4, That is to say, Kodak camcorder captures videos as mov(QuickTime file) format which need to be translated to another format for editing in FCP (Final Cut Pro 6, Final Cut Pro 7). You need one third-party software to convert Kodak hd mov files to some formats like dv, hdv,mpeg-4 that Final Cut Pro is happy to edit.

I got the ipad needs to be restored error when I tried the update. I had applecare so I called them mov to mp4 and ended up having to delete iTunes, restart my mac in a new account, reinstall iTunes and only then could I restore my iPad. It took hours, but it looks okay now. Scary though. I had a bricked iPad for hours.. and wasted an entire morning.
